At Alpha Designs we can
continue to work with the client to ensure the website's
effectiveness is maximised. Experience has
shown that for a website to be successful it needs
constant care and updating.
To help you make your website
work successfully, we can take over all aspects
of the ongoing website management including changes
and modifications to the pages.
Most companies charge a
monthly fee for this but we have found that many
people do not take full advantage to the update
time that they are paying for. Our standard update
charge is an hourly rate split into 15 minute intervals
for all updates that we do. This way you, the client
only pays for the work that is done.
We undertake to fully
integrate all additional work into the current format
so that they become part of the existing website.
We feel that a website should
be refreshed every four months and we can provide
the following three times a year.
- Quarterly updates
- Refresh all your pages
and re-load them to the server. This ensures
that users are confident the website is always
carrying current information and also ensures
better placement in search engine listings
- Check the website to ensure
it is fully operational and no links or images
have become corrupted
- Re-submit your website
to the main search engines to ensure they are
continuing to index your website
- Tweak your meta tags to
improve positioning
- Produce a search engine
ranking report
- Minor additions or alterations
to website text content twice monthly
